This role is ideal for youth workers, care support workers and graduates wanting practical experience within a relationship-focused, therapeutic learning environment. The Role Support students with SEMH, behavioural needs and additional learning needs Promote emotional regulation, positive behaviour and engagement with learning Build strong relationships and support reintegration pathways Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams in a small specialist settingWhy Apply?
