Teaching Personnel are seeking caring, committed, and enthusiastic 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to support primary‑aged pupils across schools in the Par area. About the Role As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a child with additional needs such as: Autism (ASC) Speech & language difficulties Social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) Learning and communication challenges In this role, you will: Provide personalised 1:1 support throughout the school day Help the pupil access learning and participate fully in class Implement strategies to support emotional regulation and behaviour Promote independence, confidence, and social development Work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to deliver tailored interventions Create a positive, patient, and encouraging learning environment Every day will be different — but every day will be meaningful.
