1:1 Teaching Assistant - Upper Key Stage 2 📍 Bootle 💷 £85-£95 per shift 📅 Immediate Start Available People Dynamix Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bootle for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work within Upper Key Stage 2. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil who requires consistent guidance, structure, and strong behaviour support to fully access learning. About the Role: Provide tailored 1:1 support in an Upper KS2 classroom Implement effective and consistent behaviour management strategies Support academic progress, engagement, and emotional regulation Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo Help maintain a calm, safe, and positive learning environment The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience working with children (school-based experience preferred) Strong behaviour management skills A calm, patient, and resilient approach The ability to build positive and professional relationships An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Why Work with People Dynamix Education?
