1:1 Teaching Assistant – Chelmsford (Full Time)
Gold Education Recruitment is currently working with a supportive primary/secondary school in Chelmsford, seeking an experienced and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide full-time support for a student who requires additional assistance in the classroom.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Providing dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil within the classroom environment
• Assisting the student with learning activities set by the teacher
• Supporting the student’s academic progress, engagement, and confidence
• Implementing strategies to support behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Working closely with teachers, SENCO, and other support staff
• Monitoring progress and providing feedback to staff where required
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting children with additional needs
• Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with students
• Patience, empathy, and a calm approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work full time during school hours
• A proactive and professional attitude
