We’re looking for an experienced 180 / 240 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing tech recruitment team in Bristol.
Working with a diverse client base — from high-growth startups to established global brands — you’ll play a key role in delivering top talent and building long-term partnerships.
The Opportunity
This is a delivery-focused role where you’ll take ownership of candidate management and client delivery, with the opportunity to grow your own desk over time.
What you’ll be doing:
* Sourcing and engaging high-quality tech candidates using advanced tools and networks
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through to placement
* Partnering closely with clients to deliver on hiring needs
* Building and developing a contractor base
* Contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team environment
What we’re looking for:
* Minimum 1 year recruitment experience (agency preferred)
* Experience in a 180 / 240 or delivery-focused role
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Driven, ambitious, and motivated by earning potential and progression
What’s on offer:
* £26,500 – £34,000 base salary
* Uncapped commission
