This highly complex and large-scale development requires an experienced health and safety leader to ensure the highest standards of safety are upheld throughout the M&E infrastructure enabling phase.

Monitoring and reviewing safety performance across all construction activities, ensuring continuous improvement and maintaining a zero-harm culture on-site.

Overseeing the investigation of accidents, incidents and near misses, ensuring thorough root cause analysis is conducted and corrective actions are implemented.

Ensuring that all contractors and subcontractors comply with safety standards, providing guidance, support and oversight to ensure safety protocols are adhered to across all areas of the project.

Developing and delivering training programs to ensure all workers, supervisors and site management are fully aware of safety regulations, emergency procedures, and best practices.
