360 Excavator Operator

Force Recruitment are currently looking for experienced 360 Excavator Operators for long-term civil engineering projects. Candidates should have a strong civils background and be confident working on infrastructure and groundwork-based sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safe and efficient operation of 360 excavators on site
* Carrying out excavation works including trenching, drainage, foundations, and general civils
* Working to site drawings and instructions
* Supporting wider site teams when required
* Maintaining high safety standards at all times
Requirements:
* Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket
* Strong civil engineering or groundwork experience
* Good understanding of site health & safety procedures
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
* Additional plant or civils tickets
* Experience on infrastructure or National Grid projects
* Flexibility to work across multiple locations
