Reactive Maintenance Operative – HGV (7.5t) Location: Sleaford Depot (Relocating to Pode Hole in April) Rate: £170 per day Job Type: Full-Time / Ongoing Work We are recruiting Reactive Maintenance Operatives (7.5T Driver) to join our highways team working across the Lincolnshire road network. Monday-Friday 07:00 start. Usually 8-9 hours daily. Working in a two-person crew, you’ll respond to highway defects including potholes and carriageway repairs, operating a 7.5t vehicle and hotbox while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Requirements 7.5T Driver -Valid HGV Licence (7.5t) -NRSWA (Street Works) -EUSR – Locate Utility Services -EUSR – Implement Safe Excavating Practices Rates 7.5T Driver -£170 per day (CIS) Benefits 7.5T Driver -Ongoing work across the Lincolnshire highways network -Work as part of a reliable reactive maintenance team Successful applicants must attend a full-day induction (paid), including health & safety briefing and mandatory drug and alcohol testing.
