A21 Wheeled Loading Shovel

Pertemps Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced A21 wheeled loading shovel based in Oxon.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established transport operation offering competitive pay, consistent hours, and the chance to work with a professional and supportive team.

Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday
Full-time, start 6am
Overtime available

Key Responsibilities:

Operating a Class 1 Wagon & Drag vehicle safely and efficiently
Carrying out deliveries and collections as scheduled
Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with transport legislation
Securing loads correctly and maintaining load safety throughout each journey
Accurately completing delivery paperwork and using electronic POD systems where required
Providing excellent customer service during deliveries and collections
Adhering to all health and safety procedures and drivers' hours regulations

What We're Looking For:

Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
Previous Wagon & Drag experience is essential
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Good knowledgeof drivers' hours and Working Time Directive regulations
Reliable, professional, and safety-focused approach
Ability to work independently and manage daily routes effectively
