🕐 Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

The Role
We are currently recruiting for a fully qualified Air Conditioning Engineer to join a static site at London Dock, Wapping. This is a great opportunity to work within a high-end residential and commercial environment, maintaining systems to a high standard.
You will be part of a small, established onsite team, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across all HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems
* Fault finding and repairs on air conditioning equipment
* Maintenance of:
* Split systems
* VRV / VRF systems
* Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
* Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
* Maintain high standards within a premium residential / blue-chip environment
* Work collaboratively within a team of engineers onsite
Requirements
* Fully qualified Air Conditioning Engineer
* F-Gas Certification (essential)
* Air Conditioning Part 1 & 2 qualifications
* Minimum 5 years’ experience within the industry
* Strong background in Building Services / Commercial Maintenance
* Experience working within high-end residential or client-facing environments
* Good attitude, reliability, and professionalism
