Salary: £60,000- £65,000 per annum (Dependant on experience) Plus Opportunity to earn 10% bonus based on KPIs, plus £6000 car allowance & Tech Provided

What You'll Be Doing
As our Account Lead, you will be responsible for the full end‑to‑end management of a major client account, ensuring flawless execution of strategy and consistent achievement of KPIs. You'll:
Lead & Inspire
Coach, develop, and motivate high‑performing teams.
Foster a dynamic culture through development plans, impactful training, and engaging meetings.
Recruit and onboard top field talent.
Drive Strategy & Performance
Define KPIs and deliver against agreed budgets.
Analyse store and activity performance, creating data‑led strategies to drive results.
Build and execute activity plans that elevate performance across regions.
Strengthen Client Relationships
Work closely with senior stakeholders, spending regular time on‑site with the client.
Facilitate business reviews, development meetings, and strategic discussions.
Identify opportunities for growth, cross‑sell solutions, and build sustainable partnerships.
Deliver Insight & Reporting
Provide accurate, timely, and compelling reporting against KPIs.
Collaborate with Insight teams to extract meaningful analytics and performance opportunities.
Produce case studies that highlight wins and showcase best practice.
Manage Budgets & Financials
Build, track, and reconcile budgets with precision.
Own invoicing, forecasting, purchase orders, and financial compliance.
Ensure transparency and accountability through structured reconciliation processes.
