SO, WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, building strong and lasting relationships while ensuring clients receive a consistently high level of service.
You will be responsible for:

Managing and developing a portfolio of client accounts
*
Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
*
Acting as a key point of contact and trusted partner for your clients
*
Providing regular performance updates, reports and account reviews
*
Working closely with internal collections teams to ensure client expectations are consistently met
*
Investigating and resolving client queries efficiently and professionally
*
Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
*
Using data and reporting to understand performance and support client conversations
*
Supporting client retention and contributing to business development opportunities
