Job Title: Account Manager
Location: LS1 - Leeds City Centre
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)

Overview
We're looking for a confident Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients and ensure they receive exceptional service. You'll be the main point of contact, managing day-to-day relationships, coordinating internal teams, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Manage projects and deliverables across multiple accounts
* Provide updates, reports, and insights to clients
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
* Support contract renewals and proposals

Skills & Experience
* 2+ years in an account management or client-facing role
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret data
* Experience in agency, SaaS, or B2B environments is a plus
