Accountant Ashby-de-la-Zouch £40,000-£50,000 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant to join a supportive business based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional who is either fully qualified or nearing completion of their professional qualification and looking to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting business decision-making across the organisation. Preparation of monthly management accounts Producing variance analysis and financial commentary for senior management Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes Balance sheet reconciliations Supporting month-end and year-end processes Identifying trends in expenditure and supporting cost control initiatives Supporting operational teams with financial insight and reporting Assisting with audit preparation and statutory reporting where required Contributing to the continuous improvement of finance processes and systems About you: CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified Strong Excel and financial analysis skills Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proactive approach with a desire to add value to the business If you are a motivated finance professional looking to grow your career in a supportive environment, we would love to hear from you
