BRETSA Early Years are looking to recruit a flexible and dedicated Accounts Administrator to join their team.

This is a fully office based position Monday to Friday.

This is a varied role and would suit someone who can multitask and with previous general office experience.

Accounts Administrator

Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Location: Petts Wood Office

Hours of Work: 9am till 6pm

Main Duties and Responsibilities

* Timesheet processing and chasing

* Chasing and Managing PO’s

* Payroll and candidate management – tracker and P45

* Processing payments & dealing with all pay queries

* Managing Direct Earning payments and candidate holiday pay

* Calculating and monitoring staff sick pay and maternity pay

* Producing monthly management reports

* Invoicing

* Debt Management – chasing late and unpaid invoices

* Processing supplier payments

* Debt management

* Review processes, procedures and systems and implement improvements

* Handling incoming calls and directly to appropriate team members

* Supporting and assisting recruitment team

* Taking on other finance and office tasks as needed to support the team

Projects

* Policies and procedures

* New system implementation
