12 Month Rolling Contract - Perm

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support a growing finance team in a busy and fast-paced environment. This role will involve invoice processing, reconciliations, month-end support, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

* Process supplier invoices and journals

* Prepare accruals and prepayments

* Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations

* Support month-end processes

* Investigate invoice queries and discrepancies

* Maintain accurate finance records and documentation

* Assist with VAT and overhead reporting

Requirements

* Previous Accounts Assistant or finance experience

* Strong Excel skills

* High attention to detail

* Experience with ERP systems such as Navision or Business Central preferred

* Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively
