Accounts Assistant

The Role

You’ll play an important part in the finance team and will gain invaluable experience also by supporting all areas, including:

Raising customer invoices and checking accuracy against supporting documents

Allocating incoming payments and maintaining up-to-date debtor accounts

Chasing outstanding debt professionally via phone and email

Supporting with customer account queries and building strong relationships

Assisting with month‑end tasks such as debtor reporting and reconciliations

Ensuring all data is accurate, timely, and recorded in line with processes
