We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and dynamic accountancy practice seeking an experienced Accounts Senior to join their expanding team. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering exposure to a wide range of clients and services, along with excellent benefits and flexibility.
The Role
As an Accounts Senior, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting and tax services. Responsibilities will include:
* Bookkeeping and preparation of VAT returns for a diverse client portfolio
* Preparation of financial statements for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
* Corporation tax computations
* Self-assessment tax returns
* Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc accounting and advisory work
* Assisting with payroll where required
The Ideal Candidate
* AAT qualified (or qualified by experience)
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within practice
* Strong technical knowledge across accounts and tax
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload

Working Hours
* Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm (36.25 hours per week)
* Part-time: Flexible arrangements available (to be discussed)
