Role: Accounts Senior Location: Doncaster Salary: £37,000 to £42,000 This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, well established accountancy practice in Doncaster. The firm has a strong reputation locally and is looking to add an experienced Accounts Senior to their friendly, long standing team. Benefits include: • Competitive salary up to £42,000 • Hybrid working • Company pension • On site parking • Regular team events and social activities • Ongoing training and professional development • Clear progression pathway through to Partner Key responsibilities: • Managing a portfolio of clients and preparing annual accounts and tax computations for more complex work • Reviewing and collating information for personal tax returns • Attending client meetings to discuss accounts, tax positions and planning opportunities • Delegating work to colleagues and providing guidance, support and feedback • Reviewing work to ensure accuracy, presentation and compliance with internal processes • Identifying opportunities to improve client service or introduce additional services About you: • Previous UK accountancy practice experience is essential • Ideally ACCA or ACA qualified, although strong QBE candidates will be considered • Strong technical knowledge with a solid grounding in accounting principles • Confident managing client relationships and responding to queries • Proactive, positive and comfortable working independently and as part of a team How to apply: If you would like to find out more, please click APPLY or contact Elliot on (url removed) or (phone number removed) for a confidential discussion
