Acoustic Consultant Bristol (Hybrid/Flexible Working) £30,000 – £40,000 + benefits Aztrum is currently working with a well-established and growing acoustics and environmental consultancy that is looking to appoint an Acoustic Consultant to join their Bristol team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid grounding in building acoustics who is looking to develop their technical expertise, take on more responsibility, and work on a varied portfolio of projects across the built environment. The role You’ll be involved in the delivery of building acoustics projects from early design through to completion, working closely with senior consultants and clients. Typical responsibilities will include: Building acoustics assessments and reports (including residential and commercial schemes) Environmental noise assessments Sound insulation testing and noise surveys Advising clients, architects, and design teams on acoustic compliance Supporting junior team members and contributing to project deliveryWhat my client is looking for Experience in building acoustics (essential) Degree (or equivalent) in Acoustics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline Familiarity with UK standards and guidance (e.g. Approved Document E) Strong report writing and communication skills A proactive attitude and desire to progress within a consultancy environmentWhat’s on offer Salary of £30,000 – £40,000, depending on experience Exposure to a wide range of high-quality projects Support with professional development and career progression Flexible and hybrid working arrangements Friendly, collaborative team culture within a growing consultancy Support for professional development and IOA progressionIf you’re an Acoustic Consultant with building acoustics experience and you’re open to exploring a new opportunity in Bristol, I’d be keen to have a confidential conversation!
