We are a specialist commercial catering equipment company, supplying and installing high-quality catering equipment for businesses across the hospitality, leisure, healthcare, education and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide general administrative support to the management, sales and project teams.

* Respond to telephone calls, emails and customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

* Prepare and maintain quotations, orders, invoices, delivery notes and other documentation.

* Process customer and supplier orders accurately and efficiently.

* Liaise with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, lead times and deliveries.

* Assist with scheduling deliveries, installations and site visits.

* Maintain accurate customer, supplier and project records.

* Update internal systems and spreadsheets with relevant project and order information.

* Assist with coordinating commercial catering equipment projects from order through to installation.

* Prepare documentation for site installations and ensure relevant information is available to engineers and installation teams.

* Monitor order progress and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.

* Assist with purchase orders, supplier invoices and basic financial administration.

* Maintain organised electronic and paper filing systems.

* Support the team with project documentation, reports and general correspondence.

* Help ensure deadlines are met and outstanding actions are followed up.

* Carry out other administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of the business.

* Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.

* A clear and effective written and verbal communicator.

* Comfortable working with numbers, paperwork and detailed information.

* Willing to learn about our products, services and the commercial catering industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
