1. πŸ“‘ Clerical Support: Provide administrative support, maintaining computerised and manual systems (e.g., filing, photocopying, mail management).

2. πŸ’Ό Business Support Tasks: Perform various assigned business support tasks, including cash handling, call handling, data input/extraction, and other related duties.

3. πŸ“ƒ Word Processing: Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents from drafts or audio tapes, including creative layouts like PowerPoint presentations.

4. πŸ’» IT Utilisation: Use basic office IT software and specific council/department IT systems.

5. πŸ“Š Data Management: Assist in preparing, compiling, and distributing routine statistical, performance, and other information.

6. πŸ“‹ Admin Support: Assist in routine business-related activities (e.g., finance, HR, customer support, IS/IT).

7. πŸ‘₯ Meetings Administration: Arrange meetings and prepare accurate minutes or notes as required.
