Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a structured but dynamic administrative setting.

You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations

* Maintain accurate records, data entry, and document management systems

* Process and update information across internal systems

* Handle incoming queries via phone and email in a professional manner

* Support order processing, scheduling, and coordination of activities

* Liaise with internal teams to ensure information is accurate and up to date

* Assist with reporting, filing, and general office duties

* Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time

About You

* Previous experience in an administrative role (essential)

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

* Able to work well independently and as part of a team

* Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to work
