This of Operations Administrator / Bookkeeper would suit a hands-on, all-rounder who will support operations, keep finances on track, and help ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.
The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join the team and combine administrative duties with bookkeeping responsibilities:
* Raise purchase and internal orders.
* Keep production records organised and up to date.
* Create sales invoices and processing supplier invoices.
* Support day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
* Book deliveries and updating the system.
* Coordinate shipped items and courier bookings.
* Prepare a variety of paperwork, working closely with numerous departments.
* Handle queries, post, and welcome visitors.
The Person
* Whether you’re an experienced Administrator, Finance Assistant or Bookkeeper, this role offers scope to grow your skills and learn and develop within a supportive environment.

* Highly organised with great attention to detail.
* Confident using IT systems.
