We are currently recruiting for an experienced Part-Time Administrator to join our client based in Stoke-on-Trent (ST1).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time hours within a friendly and supportive team. We're looking for an organised and proactive individual who can hit the ground running and provide essential administrative support across the business.

Key Responsibilities for this Administrator role:

General day-to-day administrative duties

Processing employee holiday requests

Assisting with fleet administration, ensuring MOTs and vehicle services are scheduled and up to date

Maintaining and updating the company training matrix

Scheduling appointments, training and other business activities

Providing basic accounts and finance administration support

Managing emails, filing and company records

Supporting the wider team with additional administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for this Administrator role:

Minimum 2 years' administration experience

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Strong attention to detail

Able to work independently and prioritise workload

Good communication skills with a professional and friendly manner

Experience with basic accounts administration would be advantageous, but is not essential

Details of this Administrator role:

Β£12.90 per hour

Flexible working hours

2–3 days per week

Supportive working environment

Free on-site parking

Immediate start available for the right candidate, with an opportunity to be taken on Permanent after a qualifying period
