Administrator (Data Entry) – Hybrid

Location: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
Company: Leading UK Facilities Management Company
Salary: £14 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Type: Full-Time- Temporary- (8 week temporary)

The Role

We are recruiting for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to join one of the UK’s largest Facilities Management companies. This is a hybrid role combining office-based and remote working, focused on data entry and administrative support within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurate data entry and system updates

* Maintaining internal databases and records

* Processing job sheets, reports, and documentation

* Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks

* Ensuring all information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements

* Previous administration or data entry experience

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Good IT skills (Excel, internal systems)

* Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

* Strong communication and organisational skills

Package

* £14 per hour

* Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)

* Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days from home)
