Example Recruitment are looking for an administrator to work with a large property maintenance company on a 6 month fix term contract.

Job Role:

*

Maintain accurate records, systems and documentation

*

Provide day to day administrative support accross the business

*

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and efficient manner

*

Maintain organised records and support general office administration tasks

*

Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations

About You

*

Previous administrative experience within construction, property maintenance or social housing

*

Confident managing incoming calls, with a polite, professional and helpful telephone manner

*

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal with enquiries clearly and effectively

*

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

*

Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy

*

Proactive, reliable and approachable, with a positive attitude towards supporting both office and site teams
