We’re looking for a proactive Administrator to support the full loan application journey — from initial enquiry through to completion. You’ll gain hands-on experience, learn the loan process inside out, and play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional service to clients. What You’ll Be Doing * Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by responding to client enquiries, guiding customers through loan options, and resolving queries throughout the application process. * Documentation Review: Review and validate borrower documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. * File Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring all case files are processed efficiently. * Regulatory Compliance: Work in line with industry regulations and internal guidelines to maintain high standards and reduce risk. What We’re Looking For * Excellent Communication Skills – Confident and professional in both written and verbal communication. * Strong Attention to Detail – Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines accurately. * Technical Proficiency – Comfortable using mortgage software (e.g., Encompass, Calyx Point) and Microsoft Office. * Problem-Solving Ability – Calm under pressure and solution-focused. * Team Player – Collaborative, supportive, and positive in approach. * Customer-Focused Mindset – Dedicated to delivering a seamless and professional customer experience.
