Administrator (part-time) We are working with a privately owned, growing company on the lookout for a part-time Administrator to join their offices in Shipston-on-Stour. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills, a customer focused approach, and a positive, can-do attitude. Key responsibilities: * Handling sales calls and processing orders taken over the phone * Processing online orders * Customer Support: answering questions relating to orders already in progress * Applying badges onto clothing, using heat press * Communicating with the Warehouse Manager to advise of orders ready for processing * Taking payment for orders * Processing returns from customers * Maintaining CRM database * General office administration * Preparing for and attending the industry's three-day tradeshow each year * Advising customers on product selection, and troubleshooting issues over the phone (when fully trained on product range) * Ordering stock As such we would like you to have/be: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Professional telephone manner * Computer literate * Positive attitude, energetic approach to work * Team player * Full UK Driving Licence * Sales or customer service experience (advantageous not essential) * Knowledge of SAP Business One (advantageous not essential) By applying for this position, you authorise Auctoro Recruitment to hold your personal details on file for use in finding you a suitable position.
