Purchasing Administrator/Order Processor. Swinton. £26k p/a. An opportunity has arisen at an established and growing business based in Swinton for an experienced Administrator to join the team. This is a dual role and you will be 80% based in Purchasing and 20% in Customer service. Duties will include; Purchasing * Processing purchase orders * Liaising with suppliers * Keeping client and pricing details up to date using the ERP system and Excel * Liaising with the sales team regarding stock availability * Resolving queries regarding price discrepancies or supplier issues Customer Service * Processing customer orders and sending order acknowledgements * Arranging deliveries * Liaising with the warehouse regarding picking and packing and ensuring that the whole process runs smoothly To be successful, you will have a strong background in Administration, be highly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload.
