Location: Woking (GP Surgery)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join a well-established GP surgery in Woking on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking practice, where you will play a key role in a newly implemented triaging system, helping to streamline patient care and improve access to services.
The Role:
* Working as part of a new triage model, assessing and prioritising patient needs
* Delivering high-quality minor illness consultations
* Managing both acute presentations and ongoing chronic conditions
* Supporting the wider clinical team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
