After Sales Tech Specialist
* Act as the main point of contact for all aftersales enquiries.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, suppliers, distributors and internal departments, ensuring enquiries are progressed in a timely and courteous manner.
* Gather information from customers to help identify faults, understand product issues and determine the appropriate next steps for repair, recalibration, warranty assessment or replacement. Log directly onto customer’s machines to complete remote diagnosis where possible.
* Prepare and issue quotations for repairs, recalibrations, spare parts, service work and related aftersales activity.
* Assess warranty claims in line with company procedures, product history, customer information and technical findings.
* Identify opportunities for replacement units, upgrades, service support or additional sales where appropriate, while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
* Learn to carry out selected recalibration tasks to provide cover for the department when required
