Aftercare Administrator
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in housebuilding or residential construction who enjoys a fast-paced, customer-focused role.
The Role
* Manage and track post-handover defects from initial report through to resolution
* Coordinate remedial works with subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
* Maintain accurate records of defects, costs and completion timelines
* Schedule inspections and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding actions
* Produce reports on defect trends, KPIs and performance
* Support budget tracking, purchase orders and invoice processing
* Act as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in aftercare, customer care or administration within construction
* Ideally from a housebuilding or residential background
* Knowledge of systems such as Viewpoint (Clixifix advantageous)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Good IT skills, particularly Excel and Word
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work proactively
