Our client, a reputable Main Dealership in Luton, is looking to recruit a professional to lead their busy Aftersales Department. This is a crucial role that offers the opportunity to oversee operations, develop teams, and enhance customer satisfaction in a modern, supportive environment.
Benefits:
£40,000 basic salary with OTE of £60,000
Performance-related bonus scheme
Company car provided
Monday to Friday working hours with minimal weekend commitments
22 days holiday plus bank holidays

Lead, coach, and develop the Aftersales team to deliver exceptional customer service
Manage the daily operations of the service and aftersales departments, ensuring efficiency and profitability
Monitor workshop loading, utilisation, and operational performance as the Aftersales Manager
Maintain high standards of quality and customer care
Build and sustain strong relationships with manufacturer representatives
Ensure all processes and procedures comply with industry standards and regulationsRequirements:
Previous experience in an Aftersales Management or Service Management role within the motor trade
Strong leadership and team management skills essential for an Aftersales Manager position
Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to outstanding service delivery
Commercial awareness with a proven track record of achieving targets
