Orbital Recruitment are seeking dedicated and compassionate Agency Nurse's to join our team. You will be providing high-quality care across various healthcare settings in the Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire area.
Duties as an Agency Nurse
* Work in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
* Assess health conditions, complete observations and document changes in health status.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.
* Ensure that individualised care plans created and kept up to date.
* Provide emotional support, physical an psychological support.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development activities.
Requirements as an Agency Nurse
* Current nursing qualification and registration with the NMC.
* Proven experience in healthcare settings.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to build rapport with patients.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Flexibility to adapt to different healthcare environments and shift patterns.
* Valid and in date Moving & Handling Practical Training
* Valid and updated Enhanced DBS Certificate
