Agricultural Technician - Kent Salary: £39K-£44K Basic + Overtime + Bonus | £50K-£60K OTE Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with overtime available. Location: Charing, Kent Holt Automotive is recruiting on behalf of a family-run agricultural dealership for an Experienced Agricultural Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with industry-leading equipment, providing service, maintenance, and repair solutions to customers across the region. This role involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of farm machinery, including tractors, combines, and sprayers, both on-site and in the workshop. Ongoing training and regular company events.Key Responsibilities Service, repair, and diagnose faults on agricultural machinery. Conduct pre-delivery inspections and ensure machinery is ready for use. Promote dealership services and maintain customer relationships. Use diagnostic tools and attend manufacturer training to stay up to date.Requirements Experience in agricultural machinery repair (e.g., tractors, balers, combines). Knowledge of AGCO products (advantageous but not essential). Strong communication and IT skills. Ideally Level 3 Qualification in Agricultural Engineering.
