AI Engineer
Responsibilities
* Design, build, and deploy agentic workflows and custom internal tools utilizing Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and API ecosystems to automate the generation of static and video ad assets.
* Architect and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and configurations, establishing secure, standardized connections between LLM applications and external tools, data sources, and asset repositories.
* Develop and maintain the technical plumbing and API integrations connecting performance data pipelines, media libraries, and production software.
* Engineer advanced context and prompt frameworks, utilizing MCP and other tooling to ensure context such as brand guidelines, design specs, program specific data sources are accessible and agent-readable.
* Build automated agents capable of reading design systems, parsing creative template libraries, and outputting production-ready static and video assets.
* Support the operational growth of the studio by architecting automated QA/QC and performance reporting tools.
* Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist and Designers to translate creative hypotheses and workflow bottlenecks into technical code requirements.
* Maintain clean, documented code for all internal tools, agents, and custom integrations, ensuring workflows are stable, repeatable, and easily scalable across the region.
Experience
* Proven experience building agentic tools, multi-agent frameworks, and automated workflows using orchestration libraries like LangChain, CrewAI, or StackAI.
* Deep programmatic fluency with LLM APIs (specifically Anthropic Claude and OpenAI SDKs), vector databases (such as Pinecone or Chroma), and retrieval-augmented generation concepts.
* Hands-on experience developing with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
* Strong software development fundamentals in Python and JavaScript/Node.js with extensive experience building, connecting, and securing REST APIs.
* Familiarity with context engineering, prompt architecture, and structured data formats (JSON, XML) used to drive automated design and video workflows.
* An understanding of creative assets and production metadata. Knowing how to programmatically interact with design systems, template libraries, or video rendering engines is a massive plus.
* Exceptional technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to build functional, scrappy prototypes quickly and scale them into stable internal tools.
* Strong communication skills, with the unique ability to sit comfortably between highly technical development workflows and creative design teams.
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
Benefits
