AI Specialist

AI Specialist – GenAI / LLM / AI Architecture We’re seeking an experienced AI Specialist / AI Architect to lead the design, governance and delivery of enterprise-scale Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. This is a high-impact role focused on LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agentic AI systems, working across strategy, architecture and hands-on delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Design and implement LLM-based solutions, including RAG pipelines, vector databases, and embeddings * Define AI architecture, frameworks, and governance standards for enterprise adoption * Lead AI strategy, roadmap and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) * Evaluate models, benchmark performance, and manage AI risk and responsible AI frameworks * Develop agentic AI / multi-agent systems with orchestration, memory and tool usage * Work closely with senior stakeholders to guide AI investment and decision-making Key Skills & Experience: * Strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI engineering * Hands-on delivery of RAG, vector search, embeddings, and prompt engineering * Experience with AI governance, AI risk, or responsible AI * Cloud experience: Azure, AWS or GCP AI platforms * Background in AI architecture, ML platforms, or AI solutions design * Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to senior stakeholders Desirable: * Experience in financial services or regulated environments * Exposure to LangChain, Azure OpenAI, Bedrock or Vertex AI This role suits someone operating at Lead / Principal / Architect level who enjoys combining deep technical AI expertise with strategic influence
