Overview
We are currently seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established service and installation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants a balanced mix of small installation work and service/maintenance, working within a supportive environment that encourages skill development and technical progression.
The role involves working across a varied client base, including commercial end users, business premises, and residential properties, delivering a high-quality, premium service.
Role Responsibilities
* Carry out service, maintenance, and fault-finding on air conditioning systems
* Install small systems including split and multi-split units
* Diagnose and repair system faults efficiently and professionally
* Deliver high standards of workmanship across all client sites
* Work across a mix of commercial, business end-user, and residential environments
* Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
* Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety requirements
* Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
* Strong knowledge of split and multi-split systems
* Ability to carry out both service and small installation works
* Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* F-Gas qualification (preferred/required depending on client standard)
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
