Air Conditioning Engineer

Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer with 2–5 years’ experience looking for more structured progression?

We are recruiting for a growing commercial M&E contractor delivering HVAC and mechanical services across London and the South East. The business is expanding and looking to invest in developing engineers who want to progress.

The Role

• Installation, service and maintenance of split systems
• VRV / VRF systems
• Commercial sites including schools and office environments
• Working within a structured, supportive engineering team

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years’ AC experience
• NVG or equivalent in Air Conditioning and F-Gas certified or wants to train on
• Experience with split systems and VRV / VRF
• Strong work ethic and willingness to develop
• Full UK driving licence
