Air Conditioning Engineer Location: Reading & Surrounding  Salary & Benefits: £38,000 -£44,000 DOE  40-hour week (7:30am - 4:30pm) Van and fuel card provided ( work use only ) 26 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Tools and uniform supplied Enhanced pension, healthcare and life assurance Paid travel -30 minutes each way 1 in 6 to 7 on call rota - £140 standby and minimum 4 hours paid for call out About Us: We are a global facilities management company with over 30 years of experience in the UK. Our services include reactive maintenance and planned servicing, tailored to meet the needs of each customer.     Contracts We Cover: Retail buildings Council properties Distribution sites The Role: Maintenance, repair, and breakdown of air conditioning systems, including air handling units and DX cooling equipment (more industrial than VRV/VRF systems) Diagnosing and resolving hot and cold issues through BMS adjustments Carrying out reactive repairs on air conditioning systems and infrastructure Customer-facing role with site visits #ENG1
