Allen Bradley PLC Engineer Location: Poland (Remote-based with European travel) Salary: Up to €80,000 + 10% Bonus Benefits: Private Accommodation + Travel Covered Overview We are seeking an experienced Allen Bradley PLC Engineer to join a growing team delivering advanced automation solutions within the data centre sector across Europe. This is a remote-based role with extensive travel to sites across Europe, working on large-scale, mission-critical data centre projects. Key Responsibilities Design, program, and commission Allen Bradley PLC systems (ControlLogix / CompactLogix) Develop and modify PLC code in line with project requirements Integrate PLC systems with SCADA, BMS, and other control platforms Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, and on-site testing across European projects Diagnose and resolve faults within automation systems Work closely with project teams, clients, and other engineering disciplines Produce and maintain technical documentation Requirements Strong experience with Allen Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix / CompactLogix) Proficiency in Rockwell Automation software (Studio 5000 / RSLogix) Experience within data centres or critical infrastructure environments (highly desirable) Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, etc.) Experience integrating PLCs with SCADA systems Willingness to travel extensively across Europe Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Fluent in English (additional European languages beneficial) What's on Offer Salary up to €80,000 10% performance bonus Private accommodation provided All travel expenses covered Fully remote-based role when not on-site Opportunity to work on major European data centre projects INDEU
