Pay Rate: £150 – £180+ per day (Dependent on experience)

Are you ready to change the narrative for young people in Luton? We are looking for a resilient, passionate, and dedicated Alternative Provision Teacher to join our team. Based in Luton, you will work with KS3 and KS4 students who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing the consistency and inspiration they need to thrive.

What We Are Looking For:
Qualified Educators: Holds QTS (or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification).
SEMH/SEND Experts: Proven experience in Alternative Provision or Special Educational Needs settings.
Secondary Specialists: Strong subject knowledge and experience with the KS3/KS4 curriculum.
Resilient Role Models: A nurturing approach combined with strong, calm behavior management skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
