Animal Feed Sales Specialist -Ruminants
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a portfolio of ruminant customers across Worcestershire
• Provide on-farm advice on nutrition, forage, and feeding strategies
• Promote and sell a range of compound feeds, blends, and straights
• Identify new business opportunities and grow market share
• Work closely with nutritionists to deliver tailored feeding plans
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular farm visits
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
• Proven experience in agricultural sales or feed sales
• Strong knowledge of ruminant nutrition (dairy and/or beef)
• Commercially driven with excellent communication skills
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships
• Self-motivated and able to manage a territory effectively
• Full UK driving licence
