AOV Engineer Location: London & South East Salary: £40,000 + Overtime + Company Vehicle Job Type: Permanent Sector: Smoke Ventilation / Fire Safety We are looking for an experienced AOV Engineer to carry out installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of smoke ventilation systems across residential and commercial properties. This is a permanent role with long‑term progression and ongoing training. Role Responsibilities * Install AOV and smoke ventilation systems * Commission and functionally test smoke control equipment * Carry out planned preventative maintenance * Diagnose and repair faults on actuators, vents, and control panels * Complete service reports and compliance documentation * Work closely with site managers and project teams What We’re Looking For * Experience with AOV or smoke ventilation systems * Electrical or fire safety background (preferred) * Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills * Full UK driving licence * Good understanding of smoke control systems What’s On Offer * £40,000 basic salary * Company vehicle + fuel card * Overtime available * Training and career development * Pension and holiday package
