You will support customers and internal teams with the design, implementation, and optimisation of high-performance cooling systems used in modern data centres.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for advanced liquid cooling solutions
* Assist with system sizing, selection, and performance validation
* Apply thermodynamic and heat transfer principles to real-world engineering challenges
* Review customer designs and provide technical recommendations
* Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
* Deliver technical presentations and customer support sessions
* Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams on customer projects
Candidate Profile
Essential
* Degree in Mechanical, Thermal, or Electrical Engineering (or similar)
* Strong grounding in thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics
* Desire to develop a career in Applications Engineering or thermal systems
* Confident communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical data
* Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote/home-based environment
Desirable
* Experience with cooling systems, HVAC, or data centre technologies
* Familiarity with thermal modelling or simulation tools
* Previous customer-facing or technical support experience
