Architect Southport Up to £45,000 Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Southport, who are looking to appoint an Architect to join their Architecture team. This role sits within the commercial and residential team and requires a proven track record within these sectors. You will work across all RIBA stages, with a strong focus on detailed technical delivery, coordinated construction packages and site support. Key Responsibilities for this Architect role: • Lead projects and manage client relationships • Produce and coordinate detailed technical and construction information • Coordinate consultant information and manage drawing packages • Manage multiple deadlines and priorities • Attend site and produce reports/records • Ensure compliance with planning processes and Building Regulations Key Requirements for this Architect role:  • Proven commercial & residential architecture experience across relevant sectors • Strong technical delivery and project-running capability • Confident client-facing and communication skills • Portfolio demonstrating design quality and technical coordination • Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modelling software • Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop and presentation software (beneficial) To express interest, please apply below or contact (url removed) or (phone number removed) for more information
