Architectural Technician Birmingham Up to £38,000 We are working with a highly regarded AJ100 architectural studio in Birmingham that is looking to appoint a talented Architectural Technician. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to play a key role in the technical delivery of projects within a collaborative, design-led environment offering strong mentorship and clear progression. Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role: • Support the technical development and delivery of a variety of projects • Produce detailed technical drawing packages across later RIBA stages • Coordinate with consultants and assist in resolving technical and construction issues • Prepare high-quality technical drawings, details, and specifications • Support project teams through technical design and construction stages Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role: • Experience working within a UK architectural practice • Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing • Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with BIM workflows • Experience producing detailed technical packages for planning, technical design, and construction • Confident working across multiple RIBA stages, particularly later stages • Good coordination skills and experience liaising with consultants and contractors • Strong communication and organisational skills If this role is of interest, please apply below or contact Harley on (url removed) or (phone number removed) for more information
