Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications across RIBA stages
Support technical delivery of projects across various sectors
Review technical information with consultants and contractors
Produce BIM models across all levels from inception through to completion
Prepare and submit planning and building regulation applicationsSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
Degree or Diploma within Architectural Technology
Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
Experience managing projects across multiple sectors
CIAT membership or working towards chartership
Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Excellent communication and organisational skills
