Area Manager - Gas
Key Responsibilities:

Manage gas servicing programmes and maintain 100% compliance
*
Act as the main point of contact for clients and attend contract meetings
*
Oversee customer service, including complaint resolution
*
Manage invoicing, chargeable works, and contract performance
*
Support recruitment, probation management, and employee relations
*
Monitor fleet standards, parts usage, and procurement processes
Requirements:
*
Qualified Domestic Gas Engineer with current ACS
*
Previous Area Manager experience (social housing or construction preferred)
*
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
*
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook & Excel)
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
